Ann Marie (Alviano) Mullaney

80, of Warwick, passed away peacefully on Monday March 20, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert Mullaney for fifty-four years. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Augustine and Mary Alviano.

Ann Marie had a passion for gardening. Every spring, she started the work of transforming the ordinary yard into an extraordinarily beautiful refuge for all to enjoy. She continued to work her magic throughout the year with every change of the season sharing the beauty she created.

She devoted her life to loving and caring for her family. She was happiest when surrounded by them, especially her grandchildren. She also found peace and solace in the church. Her loving kindness will be a loss to all that knew her.

She leaves two children, Patricia A. Brown and her husband Peter of Walpole, MA and Kevin R. Mullaney and his wife Christina of Warwick; and five grandchildren, Michaela, Ryan, and Kaitlin Brown and Sean and Andrew Mullaney. She was the sister of Michael Alviano, Nancy Alviano, and Lucy Mezak(Alviano).

Her funeral will be held on Monday morning at 8:30 am from the Nardolillo Funeral Home & Crematory 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am in St. Mary’s Church, Cranston. Burial will take place in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston.
