ANNMARIE (IZZO) CHERELLA

67, of Johnston, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center, Providence. Annmarie was the beloved wife of the late Matthew L. Cherella, and the former wife of the late Nicholas J. Carlone. Born in Johnston, she was a daughter of the late Pasquale and Lena (Parrillo) Izzo. Annmarie was employed by Aramark Corp. in the Johnston School Lunch Program for two years.

She is survived by her loving children, Nicholas J. Carlone, III and his wife Melanie of Ringe, NH, Michael G. Carlone of Johnston, also Karen Cherella of MA, and Anthony Cherella of Johnston. She was the cherished grandmother of Christopher, Alyssa, Isabella, Nicholas, Madison, and Colby. Annmarie was the sister of Pasco Izzo and Phyllis M. Meloni, both of Johnston, and the late Richard Izzo.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Saturday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church, George Waterman Road, Johnston. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
