71, of Johnston, passed away on Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. She was the beloved wife of Ralph A. Votta. They were married for fifty years. Born in Johnston, she was a daughter of the late Vincent and Rose (Falco) Scungio. Anne was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed family, cooking, baking and the simple treasures and traditions of life. To all who loved her, the greatest gift she gave was endless support, kindness and patience. Besides her husband she is survived by her loving children, Joanne Pannone and her husband Edward and Carol M. Civetti and her husband Robert all of Johnston. Anne was the cherished grandmother of Edward R. III and Anthony J. Pannone, Lauren R., Bobby W. and Christopher R. Civetti. She was the sister of the late Thomas, Joseph, and Raymond Scungio. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Brigid's Church, Plainfield Street, Johnston. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston.
