84, of Wakefield, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2011 at South County Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Anthony G. Saccucci. Born in Salerno, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Emilia (Correnti) Corrente. Mrs. Saccucci was the office manager at the former Industrial Machine Company in Esmond for many years before retiring. She was the devoted mother of Deborah A. Mancuso and her husband Carl and Dr. Michael A. Saccucci and his wife Bonnie, all of Wakefield and Lori A. Paterson and her husband Kenneth of Narragansett; loving grandmother of Jason and Eric Mancuso, Brianna and Mariel Saccucci, Heather and Amy Paterson and the late Chad M. Mancuso; dear sister of Frank Corrente and his wife Thelma of Cranston and the late Mario Corrente; dear sister-in-law of Elda Votolato of Lincoln and Vilma French of Cumberland; and loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Nardolillo Funeral Home and Crematory - SOUTH COUNTY CHAPEL, 1111 Boston Neck Rd. (Rt.1A), Narragansett on Friday at 9:45 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 114 High St., Wakefield at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at RI Veterans Cemetery in Exeter.
