ANNA R. DEL PICO

75, of Cranston, RI passed away October 13. She was the beloved mother of Stephen and Cheryl.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late William and Vincenza (Carlevale) Merola, she lived in Cranston for 16 years, previously living in the Silver Lake and Federal Hill sections of Providence.

Mrs. Del Pico was an employee of BIF Industries and Sardelli Jewelry. With her "hands of gold" she enjoyed cooking, antique furniture refinishing, dressmaking, and interior decorating.

She is survived by her loving children Cheryl A. Del Pico and Stephen E. Del Pico and wife Carol, and her sisters Elizabeth Merola of Cranston and Mary Fiyod of Riverside. She was the sister of the late Nicolina Mantia, Teresa Antoni and Frank, Eugene and Antonio Merola.

Her funeral will be on Monday at 9:00 a.m. from the Nardolillo Funeral Home, Cranston, RI followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Bartholomew Church, 297 Laurel Hill Ave., Providence with burial at St. Ann's Cemetery. Visiting hours: Sunday 4:00-7:00 p.m. Donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or St. Bartholomew Church.
