ANNA M. COTOIA (MANCINI)
ANNA M. (MANCINI) COTOIA, 78, of Johnston, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2008 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence. She was the beloved wife for 51 years of Domenic A. Cotoia.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Anthony and Ethel (DePaulo) Mancini, she moved to Johnston in 1994.
Anna was Assistant Manager of the former NHD Hardware Stores for many years until retiring. She was an avid N.E. Patriots and Boston Red Sox fan.
Besides her husband, she was the devoted mother of Domenic J. Cotoia and his wife Carol of Attleboro, MA and Donna M. Cairo of Johnston; dear sister of Frances Santangelo of Johnston and Anthony L. Mancini of Rockport, MA and Hillsboro Beach, FL; and loving aunt of several nieces and nephews. She was the mother-in-law of the late Robert V. Cairo and sister of the late Florence Gemma.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston Saturday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony's Church, 547 Plainfield St., Providence at 10 a.m.
Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
