ANNA A. (MORETTI) MALO

Anna A. (Moretti) Malo 83, of Cranston, died Saturday, December 29, 2007 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence. She was the wife of the late Joseph L. Malo. Born in Cranston; she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Papa) Moretti. Mrs. Malo was a supervisor for the MAG Jewelry Company of Cranston for over fifty years before retiring in 2006. She enjoyed spending time with her family and cooking, especially for the holidays. One of her greatest joys was playing with her great-grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter JoAnn Straatveit and her husband Nils of White Plains, Maryland. Mrs. Malo was the grandmother of Tyyne Kelly and her husband Brian, Nyssa and Andrew Straatveit and the great-grandmother of Lilah, Bryson and Garret Kelly. Mrs. Malo was the sister of Rita Moretti of Cranston and Alfred Moretti of Rochester, NY. Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary's Church, Cranston Street, Cranston.
