ANNA B. IOZZI, 70, of Carpenter St., Providence, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center in Providence.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Concetta (Ambrosino) Iozzi.
Anna was co-owner with her brother John of Iozzi's Mini Mart on Broadway Providence for 16 years, retiring in 1999.
She was the dear sister of John Iozzi and his wife Sandra and Marie Mazzarella and her husband Dick, all of Providence; companion of Norman Diamante; and loving aunt of five nieces, two nephews, two great-nieces and three great-nephews.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Brayton Ave., Providence at 10 a.m.
Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
