ANNA K. (KORPA) HEDDESHEIMER
ANNA K. (KORPA) HEDDESHEIMER, 89, formerly of Glenville, NY, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at Cedar Crest Nursing Center in Cranston, RI. She was the beloved wife for 37 years of the late Henry E. Heddesheimer, Jr.
Born in Pittsburgh, PA, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Barbara (Schirochman) Korpa.
Anna was a volunteer for many organizations in the Schenectady, NY area for many years.
She was the devoted mother of Bruce A. Heddesheimer and his wife Beth of Scotia, NY, Barbara H. Blumenthal and her husband Bernie of Cranston, RI and Anna H. Centola and her husband Ron of New York, NY; loving grandmother of six; loving great-grandmother of two; and dear sister of Barbara Brett of Pittsburgh, PA and the late Andrew Korpa.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service Saturday at 10 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston.
Interment will be at North Hillsdale Cemetery in Hillsdale, NY at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
