ANNA V. (IALONGO) CARPENTIER

84, passed away Wednesday December 7, 2011 surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Archie Carpentier. Born in Cranston she was the daughter of the late Michele and Francesca (Saccoccia) Ialongo.
Anna was employed as a secretary for the Cranston Police Dept. for many years before retiring.
She was the mother of Michelle Mercurio and her husband Anthony, Michael and Mark Carpentier all of Cranston and was the mother of the late Scott Carpentiere and John Carpentier; grandmother of eight; sister of JoAnne Healy, Angela Calvey, Michael and Anthony Ialongo all of Cranston, Lucy Hammond of Coventry and the late Marie Capello and Domenic Ialongo.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Friday at 10am in the Church of St. Mark, Cranston. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Kent Regency Activity Fund 660 Commonwealth Ave. Warwick, RI 02886.
