ANNA 'ANN' (PALIOTTI) RICCI

92, passed away on May 3, 2012 at the Cherry Hill Manor Nursing Center, Johnston. She was the wife of the late Edward Ricci. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Giovanni and Filomena (Tuccinardi) Paliotti.

Mrs. Ricci was employed in dietary food service for Bryant University for many years before retiring in 1983. In her early years she was employed by the former U.S. Rubber Co. She enjoyed spending time with her family, cooking, baking and reading.

She is survived by: her loving children Mary Ann Costantino and her husband Anthony of North Providence, Carolyn Sieczkiewicz and her husband Robert of Scituate, Edwina McElroy and her husband Edward of Washington, DC, Marilyn Salisbury and her husband James of Johnston, and Deborah Dawson of Atlanta, GA and her husband Colin of North Providence and fourteen grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren. She was the grandmother of the late Mary Ann Costantino and the great grandmother of the late Noah Edward McElroy Jordan. She was the sister of Mary Carlucci and Angie Orlandi both of Johnston, Theresa Lepre of Providence, and the late Joseph Paliotti and Rose Conca. She was the companion of the late George M. Shea.

Her funeral will be held on Monday at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, Johnston at 10 am. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. VISITING HOURS Sunday 4-8 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to St. Robert Bellarmine Food Closet 1804 Atwood Ave., Johnston, RI 02919.
