Ann Marie ((Montgomery)) Sousa

73, of Johnston passed away Sunday July 31, 2022 at Miriam Hospital Providence surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of 51 years to David Sousa Sr.

Born in McCrory, Arkansas she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Vincenza (Sepe) Montgomery.

Besides her husband she was the devoted mother of the late David Sousa Jr., and Steven Sousa. Ann was the mother -in-law of Maria Sousa and Kim Sousa; and loving grandmother of Gianna Sousa and loving great-grandmother of Elena Payano. She was the dear sister of Laura Smith and her husband George, Louise LaFazia and her husband Robert, Robert Montgomery and his wife Ann Marie, William Montgomery and his wife Bella and his former wife, Maria Montgomery and the late Thomas and Edward Montgomery. She is also survived by many beloved nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday August 6, 2022 in St Joseph’s Church 144 Danielson Pike North Scituate at 11 am. Burial will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
