Ann D. (Tedesco) LaBonte
Ann D. (Tedesco) LaBonte, 65, of George Arden Ave., Warwick, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in North Providence. Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Domenic and Carmella (DiMaria) Tedesco.
Ann worked in the Queen of Clubs coat room at the former Lincoln Downs Race Track and later for the City of Warwick school lunch program before retiring. She was Past President of Legion of Mary in Warwick.
She was the devoted mother of Joseph W. LaBonte, Jr. and his wife Melissa of Warwick; step-mother of Michelle Altomari and Michael LaBonte; loving grandmother of Adam LaBonte; former wife of Joseph LaBonte; and dear sister of Corinne Cucino and Frank Tedesco, both of Johnston, Domenic Tedesco, Jr. of Cranston and the late Angela Tedesco.
Her funeral will be held Monday at 8:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Clement Church, 111 Long St., Warwick at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
