Angelo M. Quattro 87, of Park Ave. Cranston passed away unexpectedly Wednesday October 10, 2007 at Miriam Hospital in Providence. He was the husband of the late Elena (Del Signore) Quattro. He was born in Providence, a son of the late Giovanni and Emilia (Rosiello) Quarto. Mr. Quattro was a polisher at the Imperial Knife Company for 36 years, and later was a technical consultant at Gorham Manufacturing Company. He was an Army veteran serving in WW II from 1941-1945. He was an avid bowler, weight lifter and artisan baker. He was well known for his kind, gentle nature and a profound love of music, dancing and art. He was an active member of the Park View Congregation of the Jehovah's Witnesses. He is survived by his loving children, Linda S. Quattro of Providence and Michael J. Quattro of California, his loving sisters, Anna Koziol of Cumberland, Amelia Smith of East Providence, Rose Livingston, California , his cherished grandchildren, Aaron Washington, Christine Quattro and his great grandchildren, Aaliyah Pattie, Dante and Alexander Washington. He was the brother of the late Joseph Quattro, Freddie and Michael Quarto, Mary Murphy, Frances Nardelli, Arthur DiSpirito and Christine Cinquegrano. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Home Service on Thursday at 10 AM in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave Cranston. Burial with Military Honors will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. VISITING HOURS: Wednesday 5-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, Memorial donations in his honor may be made directly to the Melanoma Research Foundation, 170 Township line Rd, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 or on-line at www.melanoma.org.
