ANGELINE L. SACCOCCIA

Angeline L. (Pettine) Saccoccia , 81, of Eden Crest Drive, Cranston, died on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at Kent County Memorial Hospital, Warwick. She was the wife of 56 years to Pat Saccoccia. Born in Warwick, she was a daughter of the late Antonio and Elvira (Petrarca) Pettine. Mrs. Saccoccia worked for the Warwick Public School Department for over 25 years as an elementary school teacher. She was a member of the RI Teachers Association. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mary Ellen Wilson of North Kingstown, Lynda Soscia of East Greenwich, one son, Jay Saccoccia of Exeter, "Gram" of Jason, Anthony, Rachel and Christopher, two sisters, Mary Duquette of Warwick and Antonette Semon of West Warwick. She was also the sister of the late Anne Marsocci, James and John Pettine. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 11:00am in St. Mary's Church, 1525 Cranston Street Cranston. Visiting hours will be private. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
