ANGELINA "ANGIE" (HOVANESIAN) KIBARIAN

ANGELINA "ANGIE" (HOVANESIAN) KIBARIAN

ANGELINA (HOVANESIAN) KIBARIAN, "ANGIE" , 90, formerly of Cranston, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2010. She was the beloved wife of the late Sarkis Kibarian. Born in Pawtucket, a daughter of the late Garebed and Yegsar (Manoogian) Hovanesian, she moved to Providence in 1951 and to Cranston in 1986.

Angie was devoted to her church and religious beliefs. She was an active member of Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church where she was a former Sunday school teacher and a member of its Ladies Guild. She was accomplished at crocheting and enjoyed creating afghans and booties for the babies of family and friends.

She was the devoted mother of Armand T. Kibarian and his wife MaryAnn of Exeter and Margo Kibarian Dwyre and her husband James of North Kingstown; loving grandmother of Eric James Kibarian and Maximillian James and Vanessa Jordan Dwyre; and dear sister of Mary Peligian of Pawtucket and the late John and Vahan Hovanesian, Susie Boyajian, Adrina Texeira, Margaret Ricci and Todd Der Ovanesian.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Friday at 11:00 a.m. in Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, Providence, and may call at the Nardolillo Funeral Home, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Thursday 5-8 p.m. Interment will be at North Burial Ground Cemetery in Providence.
