Angelina (Ruggiano) Cardieri, 94, of Greenville, died Friday, August 3, 2007 at home. She was the wife of the late Jerome Carcieri.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Raffale and Ottavia Ruggiano. She was the co-owner with her late husband Jerome of C&C Engineering Co. of Providence for over 60 years. She also worked as a seamstress for Vesta Underwear Co., and School House Candy Co.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Stanley of Greenville; three sons, Anthony Carcieri of West Warwick, Jerome Carcieri, Jr. of Florida, and Stephen J. Carcieri of Greenville; and sister, Margaret Lepore of Pawtucket. She was the grandmother of 11, and great-grandmother of 23. She was the sister of the late Lucy Ritz, Laura Librandi, and Albert, Jimmy, Nick and Pat Ruggiano.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Philip's Church, 622 Putnam Ave., Greenville.
Burial will be private and visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
