Angela A. (Vallone) Lee 99, of Sweet Fern Dr., Cranston, died Friday, June 12, 2009 at Greenville Health Center, Greenville. She was the wife of the late Walter Raymond Lee. Born in Cranston, she was the daughter of the late Luigi and Libera (Paliotta) Vallone. Mrs. Lee was a teacher for thirty-two years, she taught at Woodridge Elementary School in Cranston for twenty years before retiring in 1974. Mrs. Lee was a graduate of Rhode Island College of Education, Class of 1931. She was a charter member of the Greater Providence Retired Teachers. Mrs. Lee was a past president of the Country Garden Club of Oaklawn and a past member of the Women's Club at Immaculate Conception Church She is survived by her daughter Elaine P. Cyrus and her husband Dr. Roger Cyrus of Madison, CT. Mrs. Lee was the mother of the late Virginia Noddin. Mrs. Lee was the grandmother of Kevin Noddin, Katherine Wieland, MaryAnn Noddin-Poulin, also Timothy, Margaret, John, and Geoffrey Pothin. She was also the great grandmother of 11. Angela was the sister of the late Ann Cooper, Vincent Vallone, Dr. John J. Vallone and Joseph M. Vallone. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 9 am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Immaculate Conception Church, Oaklawn Ave. Cranston.
