Angela (Magnanti) Ferranti

100, of Cranston, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Cedar Crest Nursing Home, Cranston. She was the beloved wife of the late Daniel Ferranti. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Giuseppe “Joseph” and Vincenza “Jennie” Magnanti. Mrs. Ferranti worked in the jewelry industry for 60 years before retiring.

Angela’s purpose in life was to spread love and faith to everyone she met. To know her meant being showered with prayers, homemade baked goods, and phone calls.  The name Angela means ”messenger from god”. Through many hardships, many triumphs, and countless examples of faith, Angela embodied the meaning of her name. Giving of herself was what she did best. She will always be remembered as a true example of God’s love.

Angela is survived by her grandchildren, Daniel Ferranti and his wife Lindsay of East Greenwich, and Kim Ferranti of NH. She was the cherished great-grandmother of Gemma and Mariana Ferranti. Angela was predeceased by her two children Daniel and Donald Ferranti, and her two sisters Josephine Wilson and Esther Magnanti.

Due to COVID-19, her funeral services are respectfully private. A livestream of her Mass will be shown on Wednesday, January 13th, at 10:00 a.m. via Nardolillo Funeral Home Facebook page: www.Facebook.com/nardolillofh.
