ANGELA "JILL" (CALABRO) CARELLO, 89, of Madison Ct. passed away Friday September 10, 2010 at Ct. Hospice in Branford, Ct.

She was the devoted wife of the late Raymond Carello for 70 years.

Born in Providence she was the daughter of the late Gaetano and Francesca (Negro) Calabro. Angela was the owner & operator of the former Silhouette Shoppe in Cranston for many years before her retirement.

She was the beloved mother of Jeanne Chieppo and her husband Nicholas of East Haven Ct. loving grandmother of Nicholas Chieppo II, Kimberly (Chieppo)Andrews and her husband Scott and David Chieppo, loving great-grandmother of Nicholas III, Cameron and Jamison Chieppo, Haley and Michelle Andrews; dear sister of the late Angelo, Joseph, Antonio, Sam and Sebastian Calabro, Yolanda Jackson and Rose C. D'Amico.

Her funeral will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church 1525 Cranston St. Cranston at 11:00 a.m.

Burial will be in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
