Andrew Swiatlowski

58, of Cumberland passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 22, 2022, at his home.  He was the beloved husband of Sammy (Syripannho) Swiatlowski.

Born in Poland, he was a son of Zofia (Wawrzyk) Swiatlowski of Worcester, MA and the late John Swiatlowski.

Andy’s pride was in his work at Metalogic Industries, where he was Head of Engineering and Fabrication.  Though Andy was a private person, he was an important part of the team and his loss is deeply felt.

The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Andy. He loved a quiet afternoon stroll with his wife and found beauty in all kinds of flowers. His pleasant personality was contagious to everyone he met.

Andy is survived by his wife, Sammy; two children, Jacob of Webster, MA, and Katherine of Shrewsbury, MA; three stepchildren, Lily Syripannho of Los Angeles, CA, Tou Syripannho of West Warwick, RI, and Gino Syripannho of Woonsocket, RI; four brothers, Mark Swiatlowski, John Swiatlowski and Wes Swiatlowski all of Worcester, MA and Peter Swiatlowski of FL and Dorota Dynak of Poland; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.  He was the brother of the late Stanley Swiatlowski. Andrew will be dearly missed and always remembered.

His funeral service will begin at 8 am on Thursday, April 28, 2022 the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston.  VISITING HOURS Wednesday from 5-8 pm.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, amp.cancer.org.
