Amy K. Norton

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Amy Kathleen Norton, 55, of West Warwick, Rhode Island, who passed away suddenly at home on August 28, 2024.

Born in Providence, Rhode Island, she was the daughter of the late Walter Norton. Amy is survived by her mother Dolores Braica, her three siblings; Sue Hunt, Timothy Norton and Nancy Caverly; niece Shannon Caverly, nephew Stephen Hunt (Desiree Williford), and great nephew Aiden Ouillette. She is also survived by many cousins and friends whom she loved dearly.

Amy was known for her charismatic personality, her humor, her loyalty to her friends, her faith, and her great love for animals. Amy carried a winning spirit and steady optimism. Amy believed that God would never desert her and she is now at peace in his loving care. Her joyous spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched.

Amy's burial will be private. She will be laid to rest in South Portland, Maine with her father.
