32, of Johnston, a much loved son, uncle and brother, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 23, 2012. He was born January 1, 1980 in Nongkai, Thabou, Thailand, the son of Oudom and Somphath (Photisien) Souvannarath He was a graduate of Classical High School, Class of 1998. Amnath attended Providence College and Rhode Island College and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and Computer Engineering, both Summa Cum Laude. He was a computer programmer for Meditech Corp. for the past 4 A½ years.
Besides his parents he is survived by his loving sister Vathsana Laura Amaya and her husband Juan of Johnston. Amnath was the cherished uncle of Juliette Savannah Amaya and Adrian Jamie Amaya.
Amnath's generosity and kind heart were an inspiration to his family. He lived his life with integrity and bravery. "I sought my soul, but my soul I could not see. I sought my God, but my God eluded me. I sought my brother and I found all three".
His funeral service will be held on Saturday at 8:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. Interment will be private. VISITING HOURS Friday 4-8 p.m.
