AMLETO "MAL" UGO SALVADORE

Amleto Ugo Salvadore , 86, of King Philip Rd. Narragansett , previously of Freedom Dr. Cranston, passed away Thursday April 23, 2009 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Anne (Merlino) Salvadore. They recently celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary. He was born in Norton, MA, a son of the late Michele and Maria Grazia (Constantino) Salvadore. Mr. Salvadore was the CEO and Past President of Salvadore Tool & Findings in Providence. He was a WW II Air Force veteran and was a member of the Italo-American Club, Alpine Country Club, and the Manufacturing Jewelers and Suppliers of America. Besides his wife, Anne, he is survived by his loving children, Anne Maria and her husband Dr. Thomas Natale of Reading, MA, Clare Angela Salvadore and Mary Grace Salvadore, both of Narragansett, Steven M. and his wife Kimberly of Richmond, Thomas M. and his wife Angela of Cranston, Mal A. Salvadore, Esq. of South Kingstown, Joseph F. Salvadore of Pascoag, and Dr. Anthony A. and his wife Elisabeth of Delray Beach, FL. He was the cherished grandfather of 13, great grandfather of 3, and brother of Joseph Salvadore of Cranston, Guido Salvadore of East Greenwich, and the late Yolanda Capilli, Flora DiCristofaro, Gilda Corio, Andrea Salvadore and Armando Salvadore. His funeral will be held on Monday at 9 am from the Nardolillo Funeral Home "South County Chapel," 1111 Boston Neck Rd. (Rte. 1 A) Narragansett, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in St. Veronica's Chapel, 1035 Boston Neck Rd, Narragansett. Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting Hours: Sunday 2-6 pm.
