Alvira DelSignore
Alvira (Glittone) DelSignore, 92, formerly of Oliver St., North Providence, died Tuesday, January 22, 2008. She was the beloved wife of the late William DelSignore.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Paul and Maria (Salvucci) Glittone, she resided in North Providence most of her life.
Mrs. DelSignore was a jewelry worker for many years, before retiring.
She was the dear sister of Jeanette Landwerlin of Belle Chase, LA, Armando Glittone of Johnston and the late Antonetta Cicillini, Eva Connolly, Emma LaLiberte and Eleanor DelSignore; and the loving aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1081 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
