Alice Beatrice (DeGregorio) DiProfio

75, of Providence, passed away Friday, January 14, 2011 at RI Hospital in Providence. She was the beloved wife for 58 years of Victor A. DiProfio. Born in Worcester, MA, she was the daughter of the late William and Marguerite Pearl DeGregorio.

Alice was a hairdresser for many years retiring to become the family caregiver.

She was the devoted mother of Donna M. Perry of Cranston, Ronald V. DiProfio of Coventry and Brian V. DiProfio of Providence; and loving grandmother of Laura, Daniel and Alicia Marble.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in St. Charles Borromeo Church, 178 Dexter St., Providence and may call at the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston on Monday 4-7 p.m. Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston.
