Alfred G. Francis

66, of West Warwick, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.  He was the beloved husband of Sally Sherman.

Born in Providence, he was the son of the late George and Ella (Damon) Francis.

Alfred graduated from Cranston West High School and held various jobs throughout his life before retiring due to illness.

He previously spent his free time working on cars; he enjoyed music and song writing.

Besides his wife, he leaves his three children, Michael Sherman, Lori Dawson and husband Bill and Georgette Santilli and husband Edward; sisters, Georgette Butler, Robin Nichols, Gladys Gosselin; and the late Ann Francis; seven grandchildren, Alfred, Kayla, Zachary, Isabella, Viviana, Mackenzie, and the late Kaylee; and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral service, Monday July 12, 2021 at 11am in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. Burial will follow in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.  VISITING HOURS Monday from 9-11am.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to HopeHealth Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main Street, Providence, RI 02904.
