ALFRED D. BOEHM

87, of Warwick, passed away on Tuesday September 27, 2011. He was the beloved husband of the late Dolores E. (Sterbach) Boehm. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Alfred R. and Margaret (Colvin) Boehm. Alfred was a former Firefighter for the City of Providence, for 36 years retiring as Battalion Chief in 1987.
He was a WW-II US Navy Veteran.

He was the devoted father of Joyce A. Council of Warwick, Joanne H. Boehm of Providence, Donna M. Corrente of Harrisburg, NC and Stephen A. Boehm of Warwick; loving grandfather of six; and loving great-grandfather of one; dear brother of Richard Boehm of Johnston and the late Kenneth Boehm and Pauline Lemieux. His funeral will be held on Friday at 9 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory 1278 Park Ave. Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Bartholomew's Church 297 Laurel Hill Ave. Providence at 10 a.m. Burial with Military Honors will be in Rhode Island Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
