Alberto Martino

86, of Cranston passed away peacefully on Sunday January 3, 2021 at Roger Williams Medical Center Providence. He was the beloved husband of Eleodora (DeCubellis) Martino. Born in Marzano-Appio, Italy he was the son of the late Luca Emilio and Alfonsina (DeQuattro) Martino. Mr. Martino was a former employee of Kilmartin Industries in Attleboro, Massachusetts and an employee of the Cranston School Department for many years before retiring. Alberto  was the devoted father of Emilia Giorno and her husband Stephen Gerundio of Cranston; loving grandfather of Brianna Engley and her husband Zachary and Christina Giorno; loving great-grandfather Jason Engley.

He was the dear brother of Domenico Vincenzo Martino and the late Edoardo Martino both of Torino, Italy.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Friday January 8, 2021 at 12 noon. in St. Rocco’s Church 927 Atwood Ave. Johnston.

Social distancing and masks required.

Entombment will be private.
