ALBERTO 'ABIE" DiRAIMO
89, of Cranston passed away on Monday June 28, 2010 at Home & Hospice Care of RI in Providence. He was the devoted husband of Emma O. (Soscia) DiRaimo for 63 years.
Born in Cranston, he was the son of the late Biagio and Antonia ( Vennetillio) DiRaimo.
Mr. DiRaimo was a WW-II US Army Veteran and a member of the VFW Kelly Gazzero Post of Cranston.
Besides his wife he was the devoted father of Gary DiRaimo of Cranston, Russell DiRaimo of Houston Texas and the late Steven DiRaimo; loving grandfather of three; and brother of the late Joseph, John and Pasco DiRaimo.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church 1492 Cranston St. Cranston, on Friday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment with Military Honors in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter.
