ALBERT A. RICCI

83, of North Providence, passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at Miriam Hospital, Providence. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Pasquale V. and Fortuna (Moscatiello) Ricci. Mr Ricci was a foreman at the former Bergere Inc. in Providence for thirty-four years before retiring in 1981. Albert was a member of the former Aldo Freda Committee. He was one of the original thirty-two founders of the Santa Maria DiPrata Society in Cranston and served as a past president. Albert was a communicant and a former usher for thirty-six years at St. Anthony's Church, North Providence. He was a member of the Federal Hill Bocce League.

He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Albert was the brother of the late Vincent A. Ricci, Alfred V. Ricci, Jennie Ricci, and Angelina Santomaro.

Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Saturday at 10:15 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. in St. Anthony's Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Friday 5-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 245 Waterman Street, Suite 306, Providence, RI 02906.
