88 of Laconia Rd. Cranston died Tuesday January 8, 2008. He was the husband of the late Maria G. "Josephine" (Guerra) DiPrete. A lifelong resident of Cranston he was the son of the late Domenico A. and Marie J. (Malone) DiPrete. Mr. DiPrete was employed by BIF Industries until his retirement. Previously he was employed at the A & P Warehouse and a bus driver for the City of Providence. He was a WW-II Army Veteran and a member of the American Legion. He is survived by his son Ronald A. DiPrete and his companion Denise Kellogg of Cranston, his brother Arthur DiPrete of Cranston, his sisters Ida Moretti of Cranston, Eleanor Aschettino of Johnston and was a brother of the late Nunzio DiPrete. His funeral will be held on Saturday at 10am from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME 1278 Park Ave. Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary's Church Cranston at 11am. Burial with military honors will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS Saturday morning 9 to 10am.
