Young at heart, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Philip Hulitar Hospice Inpatient Center in Providence, after a courageous battle against cancer. Aggie was the loving wife of James Boffa. Born in Rocca Romana, Italy, she was a daughter of the late Carmine and Maria Carbone. Aggie came from Italy to America and made a successful life for herself.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her son James Boffa, II of Johnston and was the mother of the late Kimberly Miele. Aggie was the sister of Isabella Sukaskas of Glocester, Ann Taylor of Cranston and Vincent Carbone of VT. Aggie leaves behind many nieces and nephews and their children, whom she loved dearly.
Her funeral will be held from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Thursday at 11 a.m. followed by a Mass Christian Burial in St. Bartholomew Church, Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence at 12 p.m. Burial will be private. VISITING HOURS: Thursday MORNING from 9:30-11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, James asks for you to take your loved ones out to dinner and tell them that you love them.
