AGNES H. "NESSIE" (MURRAY) WEEDEN, 80, of Cranston, passed away on Sunday, November 23, 2008. She was the wife of Robert A. Weeden. Bob and Nessie celebrated their 25th Wedding Anniversary on October 7, 2008. Nessie was the daughter of the late John and Isabella (Faichen) Murray of Scotland. She was the sister of the late Jack Murray of England. Nessie came to the United States on May 28, 1950. She lived in Cranston for many years. Nessie leaves five children: Janis Mello, Marilyn Moline and her husband Ron, Ronald Ansell, Jacqueline Forrest and her husband Bud, and John Ansell and his wife Anne. Nessie was the grandmother of Tara, Heather, Amber, Katy, Brecken, Laura, Christopher, Ashley, and Kyla. She also leaves five great-grandchildren: Terrence, Deonte, Tasia, Jazmin and Gabriella. She was the sister-in-law of Mary Bonnetti, Hope Votta, Elizabeth DeLicio and Barbara Wyatt. Nessie enjoyed doing her crafts and reading. In her life she learned to accept the things she could not change and passed this wisdom along to the many friends and family she mentored. She was a long time friend of Bill W. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service Friday at 10:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, followed by interment at Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.
