ABRAHAM MOVSESSIAN
ABRAHAM MOVSESSIAN, 82, of McGuire Rd., North Providence, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2009 at Golden Crest Nursing Centre in Smithfield. Born in Cairo, Egypt, a son of the late Haroutun and Armenouhi (Ayloglanian) Movsessian, he moved to Russia in 1948 and came to the U.S. in 1972.
Abraham was a polisher and worked for Universal Optical and later for Klitzner Co. in Providence before retiring.
He was the loving father of Margaret Movsessian of North Providence; dear brother of Alice Karibian of North Providence, Sarkis Movsessian and his wife Nora of Cranston, and the late Zohrab Movsessian; and dear uncle of Gary and Harry Karibian.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Monday at 11:00 a.m. in Sts. Vartanantz Armenian Apostolic Church, 402 Broadway Providence.
Burial will be private. Visiting hours and flowers are respectfully omitted.
